Foundation
International Ally Federation was founded with a mission to promote well-being and resilience by providing community health services that support individuals through difficult life transitions.
Allyship CHW Program Launch
Launched our Community Health Worker program providing outreach, education, referrals, and navigation services as defined by DHCS.
Partnership with Contra Costa Health Plan
Established partnerships with Contra Costa Health Plan and Alliance Health to provide covered CHW services to county residents.
Health Compass Launch
Launched the Allyship Health Compass—a CHW assessment and eligibility tool supporting care education planning with data analytics and early detection of health barriers.
Expanding Our Reach
Growing our Allyship programs including wellness coaching, community talk groups, and health forums while developing new partnerships.
Allyship Health Services
Through real-time services, shared experiences, and practical tools, we help community members practice health literacy communication—not just access information—to strengthen prevention and intervention so they can make informed decisions, self-position, and seek timely care.
Our CHW services are preventive health services to prevent disease, disability, and other health conditions or their progression; to prolong life; and promote physical and mental health and well-being. You do not need to pay for services—we bill your insurance as long as we provide social services for you.
