Provides overall leadership, chairs meetings, represents the organization, oversees governance and strategy, and ensures compliance with organizational mission and bylaws.
Desire Stephens, MCC
Vice President, Board Director
Supports the President, leads in absence, assists in strategy, coordinates member engagement, and leads committees to advance organizational goals.
Shakti Radhakishun
Treasurer, Board Director
Oversees financial management, ensures accurate reporting, works with accountants and auditors, monitors policies, and presents financial updates to the board.
Gholam Yahya Rahimi
Secretary, Board Director & CTO
Records minutes, manages records and filings, oversees communication, and maintains board records. Also serves as Chief Technology Officer, leading technology strategy and the Health Compass platform development.

Oversees technology strategy, digital infrastructure, and innovation initiatives including the Allyship Health Compass platform. Also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment between technology development and organizational governance.
